Cynthia Garcia Williams is the founder of CYNRG Entertainment and a 2023 LALIFF nclusion Fellowship (sponsored by Netflix) fellow and 2025 Alliance of Women Directors mentee. Her work has screened at LALIFF, Slamdance, and Georgia International Film Festival. Her debut feature "We're Not Married?," streams on Tubi; her micro-drama vertical series "My Grandmother Died And Left Me Everything. Now They Hate Me," won the 2025 ReelShorts contest

Rodney Williams is the Owner and CEO of CYNRG Entertainment LLC, a Los Angeles based independent production company. A United States Air Force veteran who served honorably, Rodney brings over 27 years of entertainment industry experience to his leadership of CYNRG. His career has spanned some of the most respected names in the business, including Universal Pictures and Amblin Partners, where he helped build technology infrastructure and operational systems for film and entertainment projects. He holds an MBA from Pepperdine University. As CEO, Rodney oversees the business, financial, and operational strategy of CYNRG, positioning the company at the intersection of veteran-owned enterprise and Afro-Latinaled creative storytelling.
